J.N. Halm (MPhil) is an award-winning service experience consultant and trainer. He works with both small and big businesses in the areas of service experience management, business development, customer acquisition and retention strategies, corporate communications and image management. He has a background in banking and communications and has ran training seminars for many of Ghana’s top-performing corporate bodies.

Mr. Halm is a former Head of Marketing and Corporate Affairs of the National Investment Bank Limited where he was responsible for the internal rebranding of the bank in 2011. His work in that regard resulted in the change in the Bank’s vision, mission and core values, as well as key corporate communications directives.

J.N. Halm is a prolific writer and has written a column for Business and Financial Times, for the past twelve years. He is also the author of two award-winning books, CUSTOMER ROMANCE and SERVICE SINS. He won the Service Excellence Leadership Award at the 2019 Global Brands Awards, held in Johannesburg, South Africa.
