The Meta Cinema Forum Africa which is the largest gathering of global cinema investors, film distributors, cinema developers, key policy makers in the film ecosystem on the African continent to explore opportunities in the cinema infrastructure development on the African continent.
The launch which is to create awareness for the main event scheduled to come off in Ghana in the month of November was officially opened by Mr. David Dontoh, Board Chairman of NFA.
In her speech, Miss Juliet Yaa Asantewaa Asante, CEO of NFA gave a background on how the initiative came about.
“The cinema has to do with our mindset change. People have to change the perception and their taste in movies and music. The NFA boss added “We are producing more content but they are not on the market like expected because of the number of screens our cinemas have”
